These terms govern your use of kekorestaurants.com and any order you place with keko Restaurants LLC (“keko”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

• keko offers food for pickup and local delivery in Long Beach. There is no dine-in service at this time.
• Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. We try to keep everything accurate, but errors can happen; we may correct them and, if needed, cancel and refund an affected order.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and kitchen availability.

Pricing, tax, and tips

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Tips are optional and go to the kitchen and team.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the charge for your order total — items, tax, any delivery fee, and tip.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup is at 1388 Daisy Ave, Long Beach, at the building's order window.
• Delivery is available within Long Beach (ZIP codes 90801–90815) for the flat fee shown at checkout.
• Delivery and pickup times are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is made to order, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once the kitchen has begun preparing them. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at kekorestaurants@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Food and allergens

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, soy, shellfish, fish, and others. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Rewards

Any loyalty or rewards program is offered subject to its own terms, which we will post when the program launches.

Intellectual property

The keko name, logo, photography, menu, and site content are owned by keko Restaurants LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, keko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our food, except as required by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
