Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely accepted standard for accessible websites.

What we have done

• Semantic, well-structured HTML with clear headings and landmarks.
• Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images.
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA, and AAA in many places.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus styles.
• Labels on all form fields, and ARIA where it helps.
• A mobile-first layout with large, easy-to-tap targets.
• Respect for your device's “reduce motion” setting.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is ongoing. As we add features such as accounts, ordering, and rewards, we test and improve. Some tools, like the payment form, are provided by partners; we choose vendors that prioritize accessibility.
